Warburton

Over the September school holidays, we went back to one of our favourite camping spots ... Warburton. Its a beautiful spot right on the river.

Marina and her three kids joined us and we ended up in a cabin for a change ... although I think we would have more room in our camper trailer !

Walking into town the girls found a skeleton which kept them amused for ages!

Tulip Festival

One sunny Sunday morning saw us tiptoeing through the tulips at the Tesselaar tulip festival.

Where is Eloise?

There was also windmills, fairy gardens and a rainbow ... which rated highly with the girls.

My Wobbly Tooth ... No More !

For over a year now, Eloise has been wobbling her tooth, hoping that her tooth is getting wobbly and that it will soon fall out.

Well it finally happened today, nearly a week after her 6th birthday! It fell out at school in the playground and she saw it fall out and hit the ground.

Apparently it was what she was wishing for when she blew out the candles on her birthday cake !   And Eloise has declared that today is one of the best days of her life!!

Happy Birthday Eloise

Happy 6th Birthday Eloise!

This year, we had a number of celebrations for Eloise (as you do!). We started with a family lunch at home.

Then on the day before her actual birthday we went to Build a Bear where the girls both got a bear each along with all the various accessories. This was followed by dinner at the local Thai restaurant.

Finally, on the weekend it was a Petite Chef cooking party (off course!).  The venue was the cooking lab at school and there were 20 kids making pizza and decorating cupcakes.
