Abbey and the animals

It was another dry and hot summer in Horsham.  This year we managed to get to Horsham a couple of days before Christmas andAbbey was quite fascniated by all the animals - there were a million and one dogs, horses, chickens and birds.  Whilst she so desperately wanted to see them and pat them she was also very afraid of them and so would get frustrated for not having the courage.

The chickens were also a little intimidating ... don't put me down Grandma!

The horses were very fascinating for Abbey and she would get very excited when she saw them from afar.  But it was a different matter when she got closer.  She just could not bring herself to pat the horse so she took to patting the person on the horse !

C'mon Abbey, its okay he won't hurt you ...

If I don't have the guts to pat the horse, I'll just pat the person on the horse !
