Lokrum Island

We caught a ferry out to Lokrum island from Dubrovnik which only took 20 minutes.  But what a differenct 20 minutes make as Lokrum Island was so quiet compared to Dubrovnik.

The island appears to have had an old monastery.  We went exploring in there and found what was left of the monastery.

The best part of the island is the salt pools, called the 'Dead Sea' lake.

Lunch!
On the island there are lots of peacocks and bunnies and the girls had a ball chasing them around.

After lunch we went back to the Dead Sea pool. But it was just a tad too cold to go in! The girls (and Brett) amused themselves watching the hermit crabs though!

Dinner at Lady Pi Pi ... so fresh! Grilled fish and grilled mixed seafood
