It was a wet old afternoon in Paris. After lunch in the Latin Quarters we were supposed to take a look around Notre Dame cathedral but it was too wet .

Fortunately we stumbled upon the famous bookshop Shakespeare & Company where we spent some time curled up in a little nook of the bookshop reading some books. The kids appreciated the books as it was the first bookshop we have come across in over 6 weeks that had English language books. Eloise was also rapt to have found the Eloise in Paris book!
We also came across Sainte Chapelle without out long queues and it was a great place to escape the rain. Sainte-Chapelle is a royal medieval gothic chapel with amazing stained glass windows. By far one of the most incredible chapels we've ever visited.
